Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee availability of exchanged items.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items

How to Return an Item

- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided label.
